How do I pay for a transport service?
For groups and schools, we generally ask for a deposit of 30% on booking, with the balance to be paid before departure unless otherwise agreed. For companies and associations, we also offer staggered payments on request. We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, credit card, cash or administrative mandate for public institutions. A detailed invoice is always provided and can be adapted to your specific accounting requirements.
What geographical area do your coach services cover?
We operate throughout France for domestic travel. For international travel, we mainly cover Europe (neighbouring countries, Southern Europe, Northern Europe and Eastern Europe). More distant destinations can be considered on specific request. Our diversified fleet enables us to adapt to all types of journeys, from short local transfers to long-distance international trips.
What equipment is available?
Our fleet offers different levels of equipment depending on the vehicle:
  • Standard comfort: reclining seats, air conditioning, seat belts, etc.
  • Superior comfort: ergonomic seats with calf rests, individual air conditioning, toilet, refrigerator
  • Grand Comfort : Premium seats with generous space, USB and 220V sockets, video/audio system, coffee machine, toilet
  • VIP/Tourbus: Special fittings (bunks, games tables, fully equipped kitchen), leather seats, advanced multimedia equipment.

Specific equipment (PRM access, luggage cupboard, etc.) is available on request, depending on the vehicle model.

How long is the recommended booking period for coach transport?
To guarantee availability of the vehicle that exactly matches your needs, we recommend :
  • School trips and breaks : 3 to 6 months in advance, especially for periods of high demand (spring, autumn)
  • One-off events and day trips : 1 to 2 months in advance
  • Regular transport: contracts generally drawn up 2 to 3 months before the start of the service


For urgent requests, our team endeavours to find suitable solutions even at short notice, subject to availability. Booking in advance also allows us to optimise rates and refine your transport project according to your specific needs.
